Anil is a seasoned Business Strategist and Technology & Program Management Professional with over three decades of experience in ICT and ICT-enabled projects. His career has spanned prominent companies like Infosys, Capgemini, Genpact, NTT Data, and CoOptions Technologies with significant international exposure in the Asia, USA and Europe. His expertise lies in leveraging best practices and next practices in technology adoption to drive transformation in society and enterprises, enhancing value for customers.

Throughout his career, Anil has held senior leadership roles in strategy and consulting, focusing on institutional transformation using technology. He has been instrumental in building leadership teams, managing investor relations, and overseeing system integration, program management, and change management.

His domain specializations include Energy & Utilities, Financial Services & Insurance, Healthcare and Engineering, with a keen understanding of creating ecosystems for technology product incubation and program management.

Anil’s vision and passion for holistic community development through effective ICT solutions have been a constant in his professional journey.

In his role as Vice President (Solutions & Operations) at CoOptions, Anil was involved in fundraising, (Equity & Debt financing – USD 25 M over 3 rounds), company valuation and multilateral & bilateral funding mechanisms (Indian Line of Credit – USD 7 M). His efforts in managing solutions and products earned accolades from Microsoft, the Computer Society of India, e-India, and the Ministry of IT, Government of India.

As the Chief Architect and Program Director for a nationwide IT enablement initiative for water utilities in Sri Lanka, Anil played a pivotal role in solution delivery, business process re-engineering, and change management. This project, executed under the Indian Line of Credit, involved collaboration with various public and private partners, leading to the successful transformation of the Water utility sector in Sri Lanka.

At Infosys, Anil as the Head of the Project Delivery practice for US customers, managed a team of over 400 associates, contributing significantly to the company’s international projects and top-line growth.

As Director – IT at Capgemini, he was responsible for developing strategic business plans to expand IT infrastructure operations in Europe and the USA, managing large teams globally, contributing a top-line of over USD 50M.

At Genpact, as a Vice President was responsible for managing large client accounts (USD 30M) in Europe, USA and in establishing large teams for project delivery and also managing back-end operations for IT Infrastructure.

Currently, Anil is a Co-founder of Next Health, an ecosystem that incubates products in medical diagnostics, data analytics for governance, virtual hospitals, and telemedicine platforms.
